The Experience

YOUR experience starts with an Initial Consultation where we will begin to get to know each other. I will explain the types of shoots I offer and then I want to hear all about you and how YOU want to be photographed. We can incorporate a variety of genres…for instance maybe you need business headshots but you’d like to include some boudoir portraits. Oh, and how about you invite your partner to join you at the end for some couples portraits? We will explore the many design ideas together to tailor a photoshoot specifically for YOU!

We follow with a Wardrobe and Design Consultation prior to your shoot to discuss in more detail how you will prepare for your session. I will coach you on what to bring, what to wear and we will go over all of the fun, styling details involved in making sure you are ready for the day.

Depending on the type of photoshoot you choose, professional hair and makeup may be included in your session. If this is a part of your custom shoot, you will work with my in studio artist to create a look you feel great about and are comfortable with. If you choose to do your own hair styling and/or makeup for your shoot, I will help you prepare for that as well.

With graceful posing and direction, I’ll lead you through every step, helping you feel relaxed and present. You won’t have to think about anything—just how amazing you are, how beautiful you look, and how much fun you’re having! For Just BE Raw Portrait Sessions, there’s no traditional posing, but I’ll still guide you through the process. You won’t leave you not knowing what to do—I’ve got you!

I spend up to 2 hours Photographing YOU. This time includes 4 to 5 outfit changes with a variety of poses, sets and looks. All the preparations have been done…now it’s time to let the magic happen.

2-3 weeks after your photoshoot, we'll have an Image Reveal and Ordering Session where you'll view your collection and choose the legacy prints and products you love. We offer a range of beautiful products, including Folio Collections with a keepsake box, custom Luxury Albums, and framed Wall Art. There's no obligation to buy—only purchase what you love. For Just BE Raw Portrait Sessions, the Image Reveal happens the same day, and I’ll guide you through the easy process of selecting and showcasing your portraits.
